Went to Mc Drive yesterday. Got 2 wrong burgers and missing fries. Unfortunately not the first disappointment of Mc Donalds Pirmasens.

Unfortunately one of the worse restaurants. The concept was much too small, you sit uncomfortably, the staff is often not particularly friendly and above all: the tables and seats were ALWAYS dirty on my visits while passing through. I have never seen this with this chain before. Unfortunately, I can only advise against McDonalds in Pirmasens.

Goods in transit and ordered 2 menus. 1 time big America and 1 time big tasty bacon, both ordered extra without onions and of course there were onions on it but there was no bacon on both burgers. I don't understand what's so difficult about such an order that you can't get it right. The 2 stars are only there that it was quick and warm.

New record. I didn't get what I wanted two times in a row. At least this time I only paid for what I got. Last time I paid extra for a burger. And I didn't get my glass either. Thank you for nothing your incompetent pack. Never again

Service poor always forget sauce, mayonnese or kutchup or Mac menu always not ok not klap. Today 07.11. 20 forgot the whole sauce again. Too bad 🤔🤔

What can you say about the Pirmasenser MC. Burgers are usually not even lukewarm. Dirty restaurant. For years in conversation and nothing happens. You'd rather go to Zweibrücken or Ramstein

Would only be here because of the children. We would not otherwise set foot in these restaurants. Our personal opinion. Products taste like they do everywhere.

Do not adhere to the opening times. Not even after calling in did I get an answer. It was ignored. I won't be visiting the store anytime soon.

Already got cold burgers quite often. Get a cheeseburger without cheese. It was also not uncommon for things to be missing when ordering take-away items.

Too little staff at the checkout. Got our food brought to the table, when we asked, because half was missing we got the answer, I was just a cleaning lady. 🙈

There wasn't much going on inside, so I was able to relax and drink my coffee. But there was a long line of cars at the counter outside ekt But respect the staff - it was fast moving forward 👌

The meal was okay. The French fries were crispy, the burgers were well filled. Price performance due to current promotions is also good. Staff friendly. Unfortunately, two points were deducted because all the tables and seats were very dirty and sometimes sticky.

Actually one of the better McDonald's, but ... ... is currently under construction there behind the building and during the day vibrations were felt in the building due to the construction work! Not exactly cozy ... But when the construction phase is finished, I'll stop there every now and then to eat!
